Since 1999, UP Tech specializes in drafting and production of plastic injection molds. Presently, our annual output reaches more than 400 sets, with the maximum construct weighing 5 tons. We have a unit of dedicated, trained engineers experienced in designing the molds and responsible for using UG, CAD software to operate with client samples, drawings, and even concepts. Besides, we hold specialized analysis software to predict and analyze the Moldflow, ejection, and cooling systems. The software serves specifically to predict the pieces that are most suitable so that adjustments can be made accordingly. Likewise, we have a project management team with a quality administration system. This project management team takes charge of the whole process, covering from the design's review to the mold's delivery. Each step of the process is controlled and recorded by our operators. They provide a coherent response to every requirement and communication.

Inquiry

Our factory owns five CNC machining centers, ten EDM machines, six wire EDM machines, and various milling and grinding machines. These high-performance machines assist us in manufacturing large sets of plastic injection molds per year. The maximum mold-weight reaches five tons. Besides, we also have several inspection machines that ensure that only the most distinguished caliber injection molds deliver to our customers. The inspection machines check steel hardness, mold dimension, also, mold flatness and accuracy.

Injection molding machine sizes can run anywhere from 50 to 1,000 tons. Additionally, we have a specialized team that runs in-house mold trials. After trials, all information such as parameters, mold FAI, and CPK will record into the mold file. If the customer has any other claim, we can further improve the injection mold until approved by the customer.

Up Tech mainly selects S136 mold steels from Sweden and NAK80 mold steels from Japan to manufacture custom injection molds. We have always maintained cooperative relations with our raw material suppliers. Thus, we pursue obtaining standard raw materials on competitive prices, which can bring benefits to our customer's demands.
